Dr Raju, is the first HR Professional in India held the post of Chairman, Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India during the period from 10-06-2005 to 10-06-2008.
Nalanda was established with an objective to provide total HR and other Management Services like, Placements, Outsourcing of Manpower, Training & Development, HR Policies and Strategies and audit, Implementation of Labour Laws and compliance audit, Liaison and PR with Govt. and non-Govt. agencies, etc. , besides Insurance & Marketing, Corporate Travel, Event management and corporate relations / Govt relations etc.
